The production sewage treatment process is to lead the sewage to the water collecting tank, adjust the pH of the last grid of the collecting tank, lift it to the primary pressure dissolved-air tank by the primary dissolved-air water pump, and suck in air and coagulation decolorant at the same time. The primary saturated dissolved-air water in the primary pressure dissolved-air tank is suddenly released into the primary air-flotation tank to form primary treated water. The primary treated water overflows into the buffer tank, and after pH adjustment, the primary treated water is lifted to the secondary pressure dissolved-air tank by the secondary dissolved-air water pump, meanwhile sucking in air and coagulation decolorant. The secondary saturated dissolved-air water in the secondary pressure dissolved-air tank is suddenly released into the secondary air-flotation tank to form secondary treated water, which overflows to the sedimentation tank for sedimentation and then discharged. Floating sludge from primary and secondary air-flotation tanks enters the sludge tank, is filter-pressed into filter cake, and filtrate flows back to the collecting tank. For industrial sewage treated by this process, the removal rates of CODcr, decolorization rate, SS and BOD5 reach 8090%, 95%, over 90% and 75-80% respectively, meeting the Grade-1 discharge standard of GB8978-1996.
