The activated sludge integrated sewage treatment equipment developed by our company integrates the primary sedimentation tank, Grade-I and Grade-II contact oxidation tanks, secondary sedimentation tank and sludge tank. Blast aeration is carried out in Grade-I and Grade-II contact oxidation tanks, which effectively combines the contact oxidation process and activated sludge process. It has the advantages of both processes and overcomes their disadvantages to further improve sewage treatment performance. It features stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, automatic operation, convenient maintenance, no occupation of ground area, no need for building construction and heating insulation. The integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment can be ground-type or buried-type. Flowers and grass can be planted on the ground of buried-type equipment without affecting the surrounding environment.
Process flow: water collection tank → mechanical grating → primary sedimentation tank → primary contact tank → secondary contact tank → sedimentation tank → sludge pump tank → disinfection tank → effluent pipe; supporting equipment: sewage pump, aerator, sludge pump.
