This equipment adopt the high-pressure and large flow pulse jet cleaning mode one by one. Compared with other domestic single machines,it has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, large dust removal kinetic energy, small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, stable operation, reliable performance, long service life of filter bags, convenient maintenance, etc. It is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, coal, mining and other industries, especially suitable for warehouse top, bottom, belt transportation and local dust source purification treatment system. The dust-containing gas enters from the middle and lower part of the box in the dust remover, and the dust is retained outside the filter bag. The clean gas enters the bag and is discharged from the upper box by the fan. With the extension of the filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, the ash removal device starts to remove the dust under the control of the pulse controller. During ash cleaning, compressed air in short time will pass through the pulse valve in sequence and be sprayed to the filter bag through the blow pipe. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag falls off the filter bag into the ash hopper, drawer or directly to the bin.
