Overal process description: The raw material is placed in a distillation kettle for continuous heating. The oil fraction and its mixture will enter the condensation system through the distillation tower of the distillation equipment. After being cooled by circulating water, the liquefiable oil and gas will be liquefied into oil products and flow into the oil tank, while the non-liquefiable oil and gas will be recycled. The part that cannot be vaporized at high temperature is asphaltene, which will be used as road asphalt after simple treatment. The entire process is safe, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and simple.
