Through continuous efforts, Shangqiu Jinzhongqing Heavy Industry Co., Ltd has developed industrial fly ash treatment equipment.The main types of contaminated sites are organic pollution petroleum, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs, organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls, dioxins, inorganic pollution heavy metal elements such as Pb,Cd,Hg,As), and the combined pollution of both. Thermal desorption technology effectively removes petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) from polluted soil, as well as low volatility and difficult to decompose organic compounds such as PCBs, DDT, dioxins,and chlorine containing pesticides. The removal rate of benzene and naphthalene is>99.9%, while the removal rate of other PAHs is 97-99.9%.The pollutants in the treated soil meet the standard limits specified in the "Screening Values for Soil Environmental Risk Assessment of Sites (DB11/T 811-2011). The exhaust emissions meet the standard limits for organized emissions as stipulated in the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (DB11/501-2007). The sewage treatment meets the standard of Industrial Water Quality for Urban Sewage Recycling (GB/T19923-2005), and can be directly reused on site, basically achieving zero discharge of wastewater.
