High temperature pyrolysis and power generation equipment for household waste

Through continuous efforts and extensive field investigations, ShangqiuJinzhongqing Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has conducted in-depth research anddeveloped a specialized high-temperature pyrolysis equipment for residentialwaste.
Firstly, the gas explosion compression technology for household wasteis adopted to reduce the amount of waste: the waste is subjected to extremecompression, sterilization, water removal, and deodorization. The wastewatersqueezed out by the gas explosion equipment is transported throughpipelines to the water purification system. The odor will be transported tothe gas purification system for treatment such as spraying, adsorption, UVphotocatalytic decomposition, etc.
Then, the treated domestic garbage is transported to the garbagepyrolysis and carbonization system for harmless treatment: plastic, foam, filmand other substances with high calorific value can produce clean hydrocarbonfuel after high-temperature cracking, and its chemical formula is CnH2n andcnh2n+2 (1 s n s 16); Organic solid wastes such as waste paper and kitchengarbage can produce carbon black and organic fertilizer base materials afterhigh-temperature cracking; Waste metal and building materials waste do notundergo chemical and physical reactions in the equipment.
Finally, domestic waste is reduced, harmlessly treated and recycled.
